I can’t recommend Kyle enough. This was my first experience with him and I would definitely go back again in the future. I went to have my nipples re-pierced and Kyle did an amazing job explaining the process and the aftercare. His attention to detail, especially for the placement/avoiding the scar tissue from the old piercings, was incredible and he ensured that I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. Absolutely thrilled with how they turned out!

Always amazing!!! I have eyes that get irritated easily and she always amazes me with the results! One of the only lash artists in Ottawa that finishes any set you’d like within an hour and still get quality! Truly amazing!

Keri did two lobe piercings for me (my third and fourth piercings done by her!) and was so helpful and patient with everything from choosing jewelry to planning placement of the piercings. Keri has such a great, calm energy which is so nice if I ever have any piercing nerves, and I love how clear she is with how the piercing is done and what is needed for aftercare. I’ve been seeing Kyle for a couple of years now and have had multiple appointments for piercings, upgrades, and jewelry changes. His studio is always 100% clean and he is hands down the most professional piercer I’ve ever met! Kyle is such a good human and makes every appointment comfortable and relaxed. I love his quality of jewelry and how he chats with you about your style, ideas and just life🤍. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reputable peircer in Ottawa 🫶

I went in because I lost one of my piercings, I have no idea how. And I had an appointment to get it re-pierced because I thought it closed. I was super nervous, but Keri was quick to explain the procedure and how things were going to go to get my piercing re-stretched, and my anxiety went away immediately. She gave me the best recommendation and I never thought I'd ever get my ears pierced but now I want to do it! Overhaul I had the best experience I could've asked for and I am already recommending her to everyone I know! Thank you so much for the amazing service!

I had an incredible experience at vanity. My piercer (I'm sorry I didn't catch their name) was so calm, knowledgeable, and sensitive to my worries regarding a stubborn piercing I had gotten elsewhere. They listened and together we came up with the best plan of action for me and my body. The environment is clean and inviting as well as LGBTQ2IA+ friendly. It lacks the intimidating atmosphere I've experienced getting piercings in tattoo studios previously. I will definitely only be going to Vanity for piercings from here on out!

Absolutely amazing. Made me less nervous and was so so patient with me even though it was a simpler piercing. He is soooo nice. I feel absolutely safe and comfortable going back to him for more piercings. And also made my mom feel part of the experience too which was really kind. Keri was wonderful. I went in for a problematic piercing and you can just immediately tell how knowledgeable she is. She’s great at what she does and is SO nice, wish I had all my piercings done by her from the get go. Very hopeful that with her help my 3 year old problematic piercing will finally heal properly. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be going back.
