I had an incredible experience at vanity. My piercer (I'm sorry I didn't catch their name) was so calm, knowledgeable, and sensitive to my worries regarding a stubborn piercing I had gotten elsewhere. They listened and together we came up with the best plan of action for me and my body. The environment is clean and inviting as well as LGBTQ2IA+ friendly. It lacks the intimidating atmosphere I've experienced getting piercings in tattoo studios previously. I will definitely only be going to Vanity for piercings from here on out!

Keri was amazing! Her knowledge on ear piercings is unlike no other. She really takes her time explaining her process, her jewelry and everything in between. I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted and she was able to give me an idea as to what would look good on my ears! All her jewelry pieces are stunning and unique. Clean, professional, fresh environment. The atmosphere of the space and employees relaxed me. High quality products. My twelve-year-old daughter and I had such a positive experience getting pierced by Charlotte! She was so warm and welcoming, and put both of us at ease right away. She was very thorough and precise when deciding where exactly to pierce us (lobes for kiddo, helix for me), working with our own unique anatomy while leaving the option open for future piercings. The actual procedure itself was so quick with minimal fuss. Thank you Charlotte and Vanity for such an empowering experience.

Kyle is kind and knowledgeable. He is very patient and will take the time to ensure that you understand all of the steps prior to piercing. He’s calm and cool and very adept at what he does.

Kyle is absolutely amazing! He’s very thorough and explains not only what to do for aftercare, but also why. I got my 11th and 12th piercings yesterday with Kyle and it was by far my best experience! If you’re looking at getting a piercing, especially if it’s your first and you’re nervous, Kyle is your guy!

A really good experience over all, it felt professional and caring. A couple points is that the info could be a bit overwhelming, I would've appreciated a bit less/more succinctness. Also I would've appreciated a warning for the piercing, something like "in the next minute, I'll be piercing your ear". A very positive experience overall, Kyle really knows his stuff and you can tell cares a lot about making it a good experience for the client.

A truly lovely experience with Keri as always. She has created such a personal and warm environment that nurtures comfortability and openness.
