Very pretty space with friendly staff. My nail technician did a great gel application, although the manicure was a bit too rough overall - my cuticles are red and inflamed two days later. I’m willing to give it another try though!

Had an incredible deep tissue massage from Rayanah. The spa is beautiful, very reasonably priced, easy to book, staff were so welcoming and I appreciated all of the special touches - tea after the massage etc. Can’t wait to come back.

My husband and I had massages today at this spa, on our last day of holiday and both treatments were amazing. They were thorough and relaxing and absolutely the best way to end our trip with such an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend scheduling a massage here.

Ek het vandag 'n 90-minuut handmatige limfatiese dreinering-massering by FL Aesthetics Clinic in Kaapstad ervaar, en ek moet sê, dit was 'n ongelooflike ervaring. Die terapeut, Esnarth, het my met haar kundigheid en aandag tot detail beïndruk. Ek het elke oomblik van die behandeling geniet. Die massering was uiters sag en ontspannend. Ek het amper ingesluimer of in 'n hoogs ontspanne toestand gegaan as gevolg van die stadige, sagte, ritmiese bewegings wat die vloei van limfvloeistof deur die limfvate stimuleer. Ek voel regtig verkwik en herlaai na hierdie sessie

I had a lovely experience at K&R, I decided to try one of their deals from Hyperli and despite it being a discounted deal, it was most definitely not a discounted service… Kaneesha took her time and was so meticulous in explaining every step of my facial. I have been to a number of aesthetics clinics and spas, some at 5 star establishments and the level of service I received from K&R was right on par! I can’t commend them enough. Such a fantastic experience. I will be back again and again! The venue was clean, neat, smelled amazing, the classical music was relaxing and enjoyable!! 6 Stars!
