Fabulous spa. All of the staff are warm and welcoming. Luxe Mani and luxe Pedi’s were so relaxing. And the gents loved their Gents Mani and Pedis and massages too. For one of the party it was their first manicure ever and he loved it too. Thank you to everyone for being so accommodating with rearranging times and fitting all 4 of us in as a group at very short notice. Highly recommend the team there.

Visiting Gaia is the most lovely experience and I’m looking forward to coming back again already! Kaylin was so friendly and welcoming, instantly knew what I was trying to achieve and shared her expert knowledge on how to get my hair back into great condition. I’ll be back to put my hair in her hands as soon as I’m next in Cape Town. I left feeling like myself again and in such a fantastic mood. This was genuinely one of the best sport / deep tissue massages I have ever received. As soon as Abigail touched my calf, what was supposed to be an inner thought, slipped as I complimented her out loud! I will be in Cape Town for an additional 4 days and I am planning to visit Abigail once more! Keep up the good work. Your hands, elbows, sticks and whatever else you have used, are MAGIC!

Just had the best Swedish massage I’ve ever experienced at The Voyage Spa in Bo-Kaap. The space is calming, and the therapist was absolutely amazing, so professional and intuitive. I left feeling totally relaxed and recharged. Highly recommended!

I booked the Full Head Spa, INOAR Japanese Silk treatment, and a trim at GAIA Head Spa. The experience was deeply relaxing and also informative, with a scalp scan showing buildup before and after. As someone with psoriasis and porous hair, it was helpful to learn how to better manage buildup and care for my hair. The silk treatment left my hair smooth and soft. A great balance of self-care and practical insight.

I was lucky to experience a Swedish body massage with Pearl and she did an amzing job and I felt great after it. The only thing I was missing a bit was the "typical wellness and spa atmosphere" that -especially me- helps to calm down, relax and makes a massage wholesome for me. (Like a decorated room, warm colors, some scent, etc.) But as the massage was good, I would go there anytime again.

Thanks for attending to all my tense muscles and using a variety of tools to enhance the experience. The heated blanket added a warm, cosy feel. I thoroughly felt relax afterwards & didn't want to leave 😂😂

The services provided were thorough and relaxing (just what the doctor ordered!). I walked out a new man. It's unlikely you will find a superior spa service provider in Cape Town. Found this salon by coincidence (located next to my AirBnB) and booked a head spa treatment - and I couldn’t have enjoyed it more. It started with a thorough scalp analysis, followed by a deep treatment and cleanse, including the most relaxing massages. The atmosphere was professional, yet very warm and personal. I loved my appointment from the moment I walked in until I left. Next time I’ll definitely come back to get my hair done as well (thinking highlights & cut and all!). A great place to focus on hair, scalp, and overall beauty. I’ll be back for sure 💖

I sent my mother for their luxury spa package and she says it was absolutely blissful, each and every staff member encountered was kind, accommodating and seemed dedicated to ensuring total relaxation. They executed every part of the package stunningly and are clearly well-trained & experienced pros. The spa itself is spotless, gorgeous & smells amazing, the products they use are top-notch and the chairs/beds are über-comfy, there's just nothing bad to say. They treated my mom like a queen and made her feel like one too. Top-tier experience UNMATCHED by any other spa in Cape Town 👏🏼🤩

A fantastic experience. My husband and I were jetlagged and fatigued after a long haul flight to Cape Town from New Zealand. The couples Swedish massage with aromatherapy oils was just what we needed. Wonderful massage treatment from Chantal and Melissa in a lovely setting. Amazing service and Dee was so helpful and professional in adjusting our booking. Once again Thank you. Axole who did my treatments was super friendly and explained everything she was doing in depth. She has magical hands when it comes to massage techniques and every treatment she does, is done with passion. She aims to make you 100% happy before you leave.
