Had my first float and didn’t know what to expect, but it was amazing. My mind was really chatty at first, then something just switched and I dropped into deep relaxation — completely weightless. Felt slightly wobbly getting out (as expected), but then super calm and even a bit euphoric on the drive home. The biggest difference was the next day — I felt much less stressed and able to take things in my stride. It genuinely felt like a reset, not just a one-off spa experience. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

I had an amazing Jan Marini facial with Rachel! She was warm, knowledgeable, and completely personalised the treatment to my skin. The products felt incredible, and my skin was instantly smoother, brighter, and more hydrated. Rachel explained each step and made the whole experience relaxing and results-driven. Absolutely amazing relaxing experience. Bryan is extremely friendly and informative makes you feel comfortable. Clean place. Infra red sauna great, floating pod just wow, totally switched off my mind ... And body Would definitely recommend and will be back again for the third time!

Rachel is fantastic, I have been to see her 3 times and have already noticed such a difference in my inflammation on my skin. Her recommendations have really helped and she has been so reassuring with working out a plan for my regime. The treatment itself is so soothing and relaxing and she talks you through every step which is so helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
