I run long distances and had been suffering for more than a year, with a hamstring and knee pain which would come and go. Previous " therapists" had told me it was probably sciatica.I visited Kamila for an assessment and treatment and she put me through a series of mobility tests.Straight away she reassured me it's not sciatica or hamstring tear. I've done 5-6 sessions with Kamila until last week. The improvement has been drastic and last Saturday I ran a 50 mile trail race, with absolutely no pain and no issues. I was training for this race for over a year and I'm greatful to Kamila.

I had my first session with Kamila today regarding my hip problem, and it was an excellent experience. Kamila shared a lot of valuable insights, and her depth of knowledge was truly impressive. Kamila is wonderful. She will put you at ease by explaining what needs to be done that will be the most beneficial for her clients. She has done wonders for my knee which will help pre op and post op too due to the excercises she gives you. Kamila has a lovely room that is relaxing and she is happy to chat about anything that is concerning you. 10/10 Would highly recommend her. Well done Kamila.

I went in with a tight lower back at least i thought thats what my issue was. I explained it to the best of my ability and Kamila noted everything down to identify my issue. She started working on my back and quickly identified the issue and helped relax the muscles. I left with so much knowledge about the body and as well as feeling great. I'm writing this review after my training session and my back has never felt so relaxed and released. If you have any problems I 100% recommend you book an appointment, your eyes will be opened by how much better you will feel.

Kamila is extremely knowledgeable and has an effective blend of professionalism and friendliness. Every treatment and exercise is carefully explained and you are out at ease. The issues/pains I had are certainly improving !

Wonderful deep tissue massage and head massage given by the lovely lady , would highly recommend a visit here , really found my sores points and worked very hard to heal them . Very relaxing atmosphere and beautiful room . Was always asking was I ok . Felt a lot better and totally relaxed when my visit was over , will defiantly be booking this spa again and soon . Absolutely amazing as always. Bodhi spa is the best I have ever been. Kate works wonders with her healing hands, and is ever so lovely and caring. I always leave feeling so much better …whenever I have back or neck pain or even headache, Kate works her magic. Relaxing atmosphere and definitely recommend the therapeutic services. Kamila performs a thorough sports massage - it’s not relaxing, but the difference post treatment is worth every penny. She is passionate about her profession and always asks the right questions. This is my third visit and I will definitely be returning for maintenance purposes.
