The floatation pod was so relaxing, I was unsure what to expect. Bryan put my mind at rest and gave a full explanation before use. I felt totally relaxed afterwards. The infrared sauna was different than a conventional sauna, as with the floatation pod the instructions were explained fully beforehand, I played my own playlist through the Bluetooth speakers. I enjoyed the sauna, the allocated 30 was enough for me. Altogether a great experience at a very reasonable price through Groupon.

Did 30 minutes in the infrared sauna followed by 30 minutes in the float pod. Felt incredibly relaxed afterward and all my stress melted away. Highly recommend.

Me and my mate Sharon Spent 30 min in the floatation therapy which was very relaxing and 30 min in infared sauna we both felt great after and Bryan was really helpfull would recommend it to all .my friends + family

Staff really friendly. The UV sauna was lvly. The float pool experience was soooooo relaxing but refreshing at same time. Feel like I’ve got loads of energy!!!

I really enjoyed the infrared sauna and floatation pod. It was so relaxing. The young girl was lovely. I didn’t enjoy walking through the salon, in my swimsuit, from one room to another though. The sauna was at one end and the floatation room at the other

Had my first float and didn’t know what to expect, but it was amazing. My mind was really chatty at first, then something just switched and I dropped into deep relaxation — completely weightless. Felt slightly wobbly getting out (as expected), but then super calm and even a bit euphoric on the drive home. The biggest difference was the next day — I felt much less stressed and able to take things in my stride. It genuinely felt like a reset, not just a one-off spa experience. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

Amazing facial, totally relaxing and my skin is glowing. Was complimented last week on how young I look even without makeup. Alison is so knowledgeable and tailors each facial to how my skin is on the day, no generic treatments like most salons and gives you advice on how to maintain your glow without pressure sales and over priced products that do not work. Alison makes you so feel so comfortable and relaxed. I had cheek and lip filler and I very happy woth the results- I wouldnt trust anybody else to do it now. Alison also did a brow wax and tint during my apointment which i am also very pleased with. Highly reccomend Alison to anyone who is a bit nervous like me- she is amazing!

Had my monthly facial, amazing as always. My skin has changed this month due to the weather/ central heating and me not eating/ drinking as good as normal. Gorgeous treatment with a gorgeous beautician. Evie has left me glowing after my facial and lymphatic drainage massage. The smells of her products leave you smelling like you’re fresh out of a spa and, the laughter you have with Evie makes you feel like you have been to see your bestie! Couldn’t recommend Evie enough 💕💐
