I had such a wonderful experience at The Bothy – A Sanctuary by Ōm Holistic. The atmosphere is incredibly calming, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create a truly relaxing environment. I came to visit at the new place and I was so impressed every thing was great I loved the swing and Elaine is such a lovely lady. I cannot wait to come back to her for something else ps, please do a pedicure at the bothy. The whole ambience of the settings was just amazing the lovely shaggy rug at the stairs wa sso relaxing. I had an amazing treatment with Sandra. Her clinic is in a beautiful setting and really worth the trip out to the farm. I left feeling very well cared for and very relaxed. Alaine is truly incredible at what she does. She has such a natural gift for massage and always seems to know exactly where I’m holding tension without me even having to say a word. Every session feels like so much more than just a treatment it’s a deeply relaxing, restorative experience that I genuinely look forward to. I have been visiting Alaine for about a year with treatments at her sanctuary in Leeds and at The Bothy. Alaine has to be one of the kindest, most nurturing and knowledgeable therapists I’ve ever met. In the time I’ve been having treatments, from reflexology, Indian head and most recently the most relaxing pregnancy message, I’ve always felt incredibly well looked after and cared for. Sometimes I’ve not known how much I’ve needed those few hours away from the stresses of everyday life until I’ve seen Alaine. All the additional touches, such as delicious biscuits, are the cherry on top.

I had a wonderful experience at the head spa, the attention to detail was amazing, the location is fabulous, on arrival i was offered herbal tea, whilst having a foot soak with rose petals to totally relax me before the treatment started. The headspa was wonderful, so relaxing i totally drifted off, my hair & scalp felt amazing after, having suffered with a dry/flaky scalp for the last few months I feel its cured! The therapist Sandra was fab ,so welcoming & great at what she does, she has magical hands☺️, would highly recommend x

It was my first visit to the Holistic Head Spa and it was a super relaxing experience. I normally go to one where I live in France, but here I loved all the little touches: the cosy socks, the aromatic foot soak, the little thank you gift. Everything was perfect, and I loved the view from the window! I will definitely come back when I am next in Leeds 🤍

What Alaine provides is far beyond "just" a massage. It is the beautiful location, the studio, the decor, the thoughtful little extra touches, the calm pace, the patience... it is everything. I have never been to a massage that has felt so relaxed pre and post... to be brought fresh berries and a chocolate with a choice of herbal teas and told to take my time. It really wasn't just words though, the feeling of warmth that Alaine offers is more than I have ever experienced in the massages I have had across the globe. What she offers is truly special and I can't wait to return! ✨️

The treatment Serenity Ritual was such a beautiful experience. Located in the peaceful countryside, the whole atmosphere instantly helped me slow down and relax. With the different tools used throughout the process, my body felt completely relaxed and my nervous system truly calmed down. I recently visited holistic head spa, tucked away in the countryside, and it felt like stepping into a completely different world, it’s the kind of place where you instantly slow down the moment you arrive. The experience began with a warm foot soak, which was such a thoughtful touch. Sitting back while my feet were immersed in soothing water helped me unwind straight away, almost like a gentle signal to my body that it was time to switch off. The sounds, touch and smells during the head spa were like nothing I have experienced before, I felt truly cared for throughout the experience.

The most perfectly relaxing experience from start to finish. The location, the welcome, consultation, beautifully well thought iut space, the treatment itself was utter bliss, and time to chill out and gather myself at the end. I will absolutely be returning. Felt very looked after and calm. Which is exactly what I was looking for. Skin feels beautiful. Lovely products.

I always feel so relaxed after a treatment from ōm Holistic but this felt like a whole different experience. Every single detail from arrival to leaving is thought of to set you at ease. The most beautiful thing for me was how the space was considered, with natural sunlight and soft textures throughout. The reflexology treatment was amazing as always, but this felt like the whole space was created to make me feel safe, grounded and relaxed. So incredible.
