My second visit to the Gin Spa was just as lovely as the 1st! Henrieta was my therapist today & I would definitely request her in the future! The afternoon tea & service were fantastic. The only little niggle was, the area we were seated in was very cold, but I’d still give the experience 5*

As soon as I walk through the doors of the Gin Spa, I feel myself instantly relax. The whole experience is a sensory delight. From the decor, the music to the scent running through the air. My therapist, Morgan was wonderful. It was my first experience of a Hot Stone massage and it has quickly taken first place as my favourite treatment. The only downside is that the treatment has to end! I am already booking my next one.

Came for annual Christmas spa. As usual we had a lovely time - very relaxing and treatments were excellent . However, this is our 5th year coming and unfortunately the experience felt less polished this time: - the foot massage involved no massaging - just sitting with feet in water - not asked what pressure for my massage - asked to pick scent by name without smelling - At afternoon tea, we did not want tea initially and were not re-offered - the staff did not give us our Prosecco - we had to ask after finishing eating We had a great day, but it was noticeably less attentive than previously

Never ever will I go anywhere else except the Gin Spa. I live 3 hours away and it is always worth the journey. Back in a couple of weeks. Thanks Stacey for a wonderful relaxing massage 💆‍♀️

Oh my goodness Michelle is a magician.. went in feeling like my ears were resting on my shoulders and full of knots came out feeling amazing! She may be small but she’s strong 😆 her room is a beautiful calm environment space to drift off in and just a delight, looking forward to coming back already!

Had a lovely afternoon with a group of friends. The staff- from the reception to the spa staff to the tea room staff - were just lovely. An absolute credit to your business 🌟 The treatments were first class - we all went for the back and shoulder massage and reflexology. 👌 We will definitely return- highly recommended!

Another unreal experience at the gin spa! Marta was incredible - made you feel at ease and the hot stone massage was incredible! Can’t recommend enough!

Spa experience was outstanding. Staff were friendly, professional and made us feel very welcome and at the end I felt more relaxed than I have in years. However, three quarter sandwiches and a slice of sausage roll were the only savoury portions of the afternoon tea, ALL cakes were either so dry that you needed to drink something to wash it down, or so overmixed during the baking process that they were too dense and cloy. Thankfully we had the spa after the afternoon tea, so overall left on a high note. Food must be fixed, but the spa was excellent and we’ll certainly be booking it again.

Elena is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had! She has such a fantastic personable approach that puts you at ease from the moment you arrive! Her technique is so intuitive and you can tell she genuinely cares about making you feel the best possible! Thanks so much Elena, you are a complete credit to the Gin Spa! I can’t wait to come back🩷

Had the body massage and the awakening eye, really enjoyed both treatments and Marta was excellent. I have given 4 stars as the original package that the website let me book was only available in November and December. I was annoyed that I was only told this a couple of days before I was due to attend the Gin Spa. I’m not sure why this wasn’t highlighted earlier. I will book again because Marta was so good.

I love Gin Spa! It’s such a unique day out. I took my sister for her birthday as we wanted something a little bit different and it was a great day!

Excellent visit to The Gin Spa. This is my second visit and first time visiting the new expanded spa facilities and treatment rooms. Staff were extremely friendly, treatment was amazing and due to the deal we had afternoon tea afterwards. A lovely afternoon and would highly recommend.

I visited the Spa with my friend and we had the Signature treatment (full body massage and mini facial). We both thoroughly enjoyed it and our therapists Morgan and Hennrietta were excellent. I would definitely book back in and recommend the Gin Spa.

First class. An excellent experience particularly our massages from Kirsty & Chloe. We have enjoyed massages at various hotels and spas but none better than the Gin Spa.

The 3rd time I’ve been at The Gin Spa and certainly won’t be my last. Such a beautiful, special place. From the moment you get there the smell is so inviting and relaxing and you step into such a peaceful, tranquil and gorgeous setting. All the staff are so warm, friendly and welcoming, can’t do enough for you. Never rush you. The whole place is gorgeous and just has the best vibe. Every massage I’ve had has been amazing too. Leave feeling so calm and relaxed. Amazing little hidden gem!

The experience from start to finish was amazing. I had booked the Gin Spa Signature Treatment as a treat to destress and relax. Jurgita tailored the treatments to my needs and skin type and the gin afterwards was lovely. I would highly recommend Gin Spa
