Thai touch, give the best Thai massage around the vale and Cardiff I highly recommend them. I have had Lek the last couple of times and she is very strong formthebthai yoga massage gets all the knots out and all the staff are very friendly and professional 10/10 I will be back regularly

Truly a spa like feeling, Emily was fantastic and took into consideration my skin type and allergies/sensitivities. The treatment wasn't rushed at all, and I felt so comfortable. I'm usually very afraid of needles, and I had the microneedling done with no problems at all because I was so relaxed and trusted her wholeheartedly. She used correct PPE and had all single-use materials (not always a given at an at-home salon). Im looking forward to going back in 4 weeks. Could not recommend her more!

I recently had an appointment with Emeera, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She’s so friendly and chatty, which instantly makes you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout your appointment. Her beauty shed is absolutely gorgeous — clean, tidy, and beautifully set up. Emeera took the time to clearly explain each step of the process for my acrylic nails, waxing, and eyebrow tinting, including the products she used. I really appreciated that she ensured a patch test was done beforehand — it shows how professional and thorough she is. I absolutely love my Halloween-themed nails! 💅

Awesome experience! Really impressed. I have a severe skin issue and had a really thorough consultation. Removed my anxieties and worries and checked in with me throughout the appointment to manage the situation with my skin and to make sure I was comfortable at every step. Relaxed atmosphere along side a relaxing treatment Learned about my skin and its needs. I have tried a number of treatments for my skin and this was the first treatment where my expectations were managed. I have been doing my nails at Posh Beauty and Academy for a number of years, and I can honestly say this is the best nail salon in Cardiff and beyond! All the nail technicians are amazing. I am currently having my nails done by Ella and honestly, she is absolutely amazing! Ella is so professional and great at her craft! A wonderful, relaxing facial with Natalie. Natalie took care to make sure I was fully versed in what the treatment entailed and made sure I was relaxed and comfortable prior to the treatment. I suffer from jaw tension and teeth grinding, so was relived to have the inner massage to tackle some of the after affects of this. There was almost an instant difference to my skin and the post glow effect was really noticeable. This morning putting make up on, it sat much easier on my skin. No need for Charlotte Tilbury flawless filter today. Thank you Natalie, would definitely recommend.

Amazing set up with friendly and knowledgable staff supporting you. I experienced the recovery lounge with contrast therapy (hot and cold), red light therapy and pressotherapy. The guys were super friendly and let me try the oxygen therapy experience as well. Highly recommend experiencing what Cardiff Wellness lounges have to offer, a fantastic and affordable facility to meet your recovery goals or support with your training goals. I'll most definitely be returning.

Absolutely in love with my nails! Ella is incredible—I’ve lived in Bristol for 10 years and never had anyone do my nails like her. I’m so lucky to have chosen Posh Beauty and Academy as my first salon in Cardiff. She was so thoughtful, helped fix issues from previous acrylics, and gave the best advice—two chromed nails on each hand were definitely the right call! She truly cares about her work, and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Ella—I’ll definitely be back!

The ladies at Infinity are just brilliant through and through. They’re so precise and pay thorough attention to detail when doing my nails, I’ve been going to them for over a year now and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. The nail art they do is stunning and my nails always get so many compliments. My nails have also grown SO long since I’ve started going to infinity, the ladies take their time, use great products that protect my nails and the experience of going there is always enjoyable. Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
