Absolutely fantastic! I live in Swansea, and it is worth travelling to Cardiff to have treatment in this salon. Suzanne is a really lovely lady who puts you at ease, straightaway. . Today I went for a top-up on my Brows. She made me feel so welcome, we chatted as if we'd been friends for years. I will recommend Suzanne to everyone, she is Professional and very reasonable. Must be around six years I've been going here now - apart from a year during the pandemic. On the barber side (I have no experience of the tattoo side) they're all exceptional professionals and friendly with it. You can't go wrong with any of them really. I'm not a social animal but I've had some easy conversation there, football free to boot, thank the lord. It's hard to go somewhere else now. I live much further afield these days and still find myself travelling in. The appointment system is robust and accommodating/fair and prices reasonable for the service you get. Strong recommend.

It was such a welcoming and friendly space, I had an incredible hair cut with Dana and a good natter (always a bonus!) What a find! Suzanne was welcoming from the start. She is very professional and experienced. The clinic is super clean and comfortable. I had semi permanent makeup on my brows and she was extremely detailed and would not let me leave until both myself and her were happy with the results. Im already looking to book something else as felt very safe and in good hands.

My partner and I had eyebrows treatments today. Suzanne is very professional and she explained all details about the process and after care advice. The place was very clean with a good vibes and she was very accommodating and quick to respond to any queries. Thank you for a great service and definitely highly recommended till next time.
