I had a pleasant first visit at Rejuvenate Cardiff (Hayes Lane) where I was booked for the luxury Lymphatic Lift Facial. I found Emily by chance online & am so pleased I did. I wasn't sure which treatment to have so once we'd gone through all the necessary allergy/medical questions, Emily went through the various treatments that would be most beneficial to me as it was my first visit. She really is the sweetest & most patient & very knowledgeable. I chose a facial peel treatment & it's the best, most thorough I've ever had. Was definitely worth the journey from Chepstow to Cardiff. Have now booked for my daughter & will be rebooking for myself. Can't recommend Emily enough x

Just had the most incredible deep tissue massage with Tanya. I walked in full of tension and walked out feeling completely relaxed and rebalanced. Tanya is amazing at what she does — honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Highly recommend and can’t wait to book again.

A wonderful, relaxing facial with Natalie. Natalie took care to make sure I was fully versed in what the treatment entailed and made sure I was relaxed and comfortable prior to the treatment. I suffer from jaw tension and teeth grinding, so was relived to have the inner massage to tackle some of the after affects of this. There was almost an instant difference to my skin and the post glow effect was really noticeable. This morning putting make up on, it sat much easier on my skin. No need for Charlotte Tilbury flawless filter today. Thank you Natalie, would definitely recommend.

I have been doing my nails at Posh Beauty and Academy for a number of years, and I can honestly say this is the best nail salon in Cardiff and beyond! All the nail technicians are amazing. Louise is amazing ! Ive been having monthly treatments with her for a while and i always feel so relaxed from start to finish. I always leave there floating and feeling so much better. The massage room is beautiful and so cosy with a super comfortable massage bed with a heated blanket and stunning , relaxing projector lighting. Shes such a kind and lovely person , i wouldn’t go anywhere else ! I always look forward to my appointments and cant wait for my next one . Thankyou Louise x
