What a fantastic and relaxing experience with Veejay. He was prompt and had excellent communication. He took the time to discuss the treatments available and to understand my preferences. The massage itself was wonderful, leaving me relaxed and rejuvenated. It never felt rushed or that the was clock-watching. Overall one of the best massages I have had in Cape Town. I can definitely recommend.

Excellent 60 minute aromatherapy massage! Zavanna was kind and continued to ask me questions throughout, to ensure my comfort. I was able to fully relax and really enjoyed the entire experience, from booking to checking in to the massage itself. Highly recommend for massage in Cape Town!

Excellent massage therapist. Kellie has strong hands and can find your knots. The location is safe in a beautifully appointed apartment. Small issues using Fresha but you can What’s App and they get back to you quickly. A great find in Cape Town. More Massage will sooth tired and sore muscles while also relaxing your mind.

I've had massages all over the world but nothing like today's with Origin Wellness. I did my research before booking, as I am on holiday in Cape Town. It was amazing and during the 90 minute massage I could feel that Rayhaana could feel the tension stored up in my body due to my lifestyle. I felt so much lighter afterwards and have booked in again before I leave. Cannot recommend highly enough. If I am ever back in Cape Town, I will definitely be back!

Another fantastic massage experience at Woodstock Spa Suite. My first massage on Wednesday was so good that I had to come back on Friday for another massage before leaving Cape Town! The four hands massage is definitely an experience everyone should try... Daniel and Caleb were excellent - professional and friendly - and I was totally at peace and relaxed after the massage. Although initially uncertain about the professionalism of the service provider, my doubts vanished when I attended my appointment the following day. The experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Honestly this was probably the best deep tissue massage I ever received, and I have recieved many (around the world actually since I have taken this year to travel). Esnarth is a tiny woman, but man does she have some strength! I suffer from achey muscles especially my calves that just become stone. I was in quite a lot of pain when I came in. And she loosened my muscles, abating the pain. If i was a Cape town local I would be making an appointment every week. Alas I am only here for 1 month, but I think I will go in again on my last day.

We walked in without an appointment and were welcomed right away. We chose the 90-minute manual lymphatic drainage massage with a foot soaking. It was incredibly relaxing, and we felt comfortable from the start. We’ll definitely come back the next time we’re in Cape Town.

I just had to write a review about my experience with Tammy at Origin Wellness Spa in Cape Town. I booked a facial, massage, and manicure package, and Tammy took care of everything. First off, her facial technique was incredible - my skin felt completely refreshed and glowing afterward. Then the massage... wow. She found every knot and tension spot I didn't even know I had and worked them out perfectly. The manicure topped everything off beautifully, and Tammy was lovely to chat with throughout the entire session.

I’ve been to a few massage therapists in Cape Town, and would highly recommend Dynamic Therapy. The space has good ambience and energy, and my therapist Zavana was great. She knew what areas to focus on, and I felt great afterwards.

I went to Rayhaana and Origin Spa regularly 2 years ago and after coming back to Cape Town will keep going there. The massage and manicure were amazing and everyone at this place is just super nice. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Wow! Incredible massage. I had a lot of pain in my upper body, shoulders and the lady was incredible at getting out the knots. Pressure was perfect. Honestly one of the best massages of my life. Jason is a very intuitive masseur who has magical hands that allow you to relax and totally unwind. He listened and understood my personal needs and responded well to them. He is generous with the energy he puts into his work and an all round lovely person to spend time with. I will visit Jason at Woodstock again when I am next i Cape Town
