Lionel does wonderful reflexology and back neck and shoulder massages. I normally go for a massage when I have a head ache and leave with no headache from the great shoulder and head massage.

All the staff here we SO friendly, and definitely the best massage I've had over the wash basin. Zee, my hairdresser, was quick and triple checked the length I asked for before cutting. Their pricing is extremely reasonable. I will be back, glad I found a hairdresser I'll return to, finally!

To move this from Good to Great, staff communication needs to be worked on. Greeting and introducing one's self, asking what massage pressure upfront. Staff could also wear nametags. If you hope to be tipped, make sure I know your name. There was also a mixup when we were called as to who was the couple being called. If reception staff were in fact paying attention on arrival, this would have been averted. And what could have been a potentially embarrassing situation completely avoided.
