Yesterday my friend & I had the pleasure of visiting this wonderful establishment, and I must say, the service was EXCELLENT! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the manager was incredibly kind. They made us feel right at home! The massages were truly great and relaxing, and the entire atmosphere was so calm and serene. Everything was taken care of, and we felt completely pampered. I'll definitely be coming back for more. I highly recommend!

Never have I ever had a sports massage like the one I had with Sharnise. She gets into the right trigger points immediately. There is no messing around with her. She knows her stuff and I loved it so much. I pulled my quad and she loosened it up so much and loosened up both legs. I have never had a sports massage like this before. Sharnice is brilliant. Don't be deceived by her size at all. trust me, you will absolutely be very pleasantly surprised. I will definatley be back for all my sports massages. Thank you Sharnice

I had a spectacular 60-minute Swedish massage and can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. The space is warm, peaceful and wonderfully relaxing with soothing music, the gentle sound of trickling water, a cozy heater and an electric blanket that was perfect for a chilly Cape Town winter's day. The massage was exceptional, with just the right amount of pressure throughout. Another relaxing experience with Jenay, she is so gentle with the waxing process always talking me through every pull and checking if the temperature of the wax is not too warm. The facial was relaxing and afterwards she assisted me at the store next door with a few hair products and perfumes. This is really my favorite place to relax and unwind. I can't wait to come back. I love that Lisa can customize a facial to suit the needs of your skin on a particular day - my skin felt fabulously rehydrated and a whole lot less angry after a nourishing and calming treatment. Lisa always goes the extra mile with a relaxing foot (or head massage) - I always leave feeling relaxed and restored!

Bella thank you for the beautiful eyelashes. My eyes were ok after, no tears, nothing. The hollywood wax wasn't as sore as I thought it would be. Will never shave again. And the foot massage was amazing, I no longer struggle to walk when I get up from the bed in the morning. Definitely coming back to you ❤❤❤

This was my second visit to The Skin Spot, and once again, Lisa was amazing! I've had many massages over the years, both good and bad, but this one was truly memorable. I booked the Full Body Restore massage, and it was incredibly gentle, calming, and relaxing. I loved the flow of the treatment, and my favorite part was the extra care she gave to my abdomen and waist—I didn't realize how much those areas needed attention. Every woman carrying stress and tension deserves to experience this. Highly recommended!

You always experience a almost sister hood with your hairdresser. But I have never experienced a relationship like this with my massage therapist. I'm excited to get there. Because he always asks how you are and just uplifts your spirits. Then the massage just never disappoints. I literally drool, nap and snore lol. I'm obsessed!
