This was the best massage I’ve had in Cape Town. Stephanie is the definition of calm, welcoming and relaxing, and she gave a phenomenal massage. She identified areas my muscles were holding tension and methodically worked out the knots and tension, without skipping other areas just because she spend extra time working my back and shoulders for example. I will be recommending a massage at the Banksia to everyone I know and definitely plan to go back asap!!

Wow! It felt like a solid workout. After all the muscular tension and stress-knots (that I didn't even know were there) were relieved by the massage, I felt relaxed and the sluggishness disappeared. Absolutely necessary to renew energy levels and focus. Thank you so much.
