I came in and got a Swedish massage from the lovely Nicole. I didn’t realise how much my body really needed that. I felt so relaxed and had the best massage in years. I highly recommend these guys. I will definitely be coming back. Thankyou Bamboo Spa Manukau

Another rejuvenating, relaxing and knowledgeably, caring massage from one of the most beautiful and forever young, Filipino masseuses, at one of my favourite places on earth. I will forever be grateful for your help with the consistant pain of a slipped disc, arthritis in my spine, endometriosis, topped off with skin sensitivity to the sun due to medications taken since 2003 after two operations, due to back issues, has been no easy feat. So thanks to regular visits to Bamboo Spa Manukau/Papatoetoe, I'm able to have some relief. Bless you all ❤

I have had the most loveliest time today 🤩 Yet again, I was greeted and welcomed in by one of the most beautiful Filipino young ladies, to one of the most rejuvenating and calming massages I've ever had! Her knowledgeable and healing hands, carefully massaged out all of my tention and stresses in an entire hour, never relenting in pressure and because I wanted cupping, she put them in the exact places I needed them! Once again, I had one of the most rejuvenating, relaxing, caring even, massage in my life! My masseuse is absolutely one of the best there is at the Manukau branch! I keep trying to explain in words just how grateful I am, that I am blessed to have my body aches, expertly massaged out like they almost didn't even exist but it's kinda something you'd have to try to know. I had a great experience. Mamao was so friendly and welcoming and thankfully made me feel at ease especially with taking my clothes off as I was nervous about that part and the Massage was absolutely wonderful all my knots are gone! I can’t wait to try cupping next. Thank you Bamboo Spa, Manukau

Visited twice before so recommended this Spa to my mom. My mom then purchased a gift voucher for me as a Christmas gift in December 2023. It was valid for 6 months. Unfortunately, I misplaced the voucher and was unable to find it. As a one off, the spa Manager gave the go ahead for me to have the treatment without the voucher. They were able to accommodate myself and my husband (we of course paid for him) for massages. The treatment itself was very relaxing and therapist was attentive and friendly. Top Rating Service!

I’ve never experienced Swedish massage and it was nice with the massage therapist, the downfall is parking at the facility, it is very limited. The staff are friendly and it was relaxing.

I’ve had a few hilot massages across a couple of the bamboo spa branches and today’s hard pressure massage was the best experience I’ve had of them all. Great experience. I really appreciate the lady that did my massage. It really means so much to me. I was over 15 minutes late and I didn't get turned away. I really needed a massage as I have been having neck and back aches due to stress, low activity and poor health lifestyle and poor sleeping position due to my poor health as an asthmatic and coughing. I got emotional while lying on the bed and getting massaged because I am grieving at this time with the loss of my daughter and her baby 3wks ago. So I thank you very much for being caring and for showing a smile when I turned up late. Thank u

Pele is a miracle worker, went in feeling exhausted, tired and stressed and left floating on clouds. I always find it hard to fall asleep but as soon as i got home after my massage, laid on my bed and was out within 10mins and woke up feeling so good and refreshed. Pele is such a wonderful person with a big heart, the moment i stepped into her room i felt so comfortable and welcomed which made my experience even better. Anyone wanting a massage or fine tune for the body, look no further than Pele...she's hands down the absolute best.

I can honestly say 10/10 massage you will never find anyone better always leaving feeling like I have a new body 😂

Hands down the best I have ever had. Not only did she massage me she helped me and educated me with my body. As an athlete our bodies are the way we make a living she wasn’t just massaging me because I was paying her to do it she was making sure I understood why my body was feeling this way and let me know how I can help myself heal. Will definitely be back and must say Pele needs a job in the sporting industry education medical staff on what they should and shouldn’t be to athletes. Soo grateful for this space and I can’t wait to be back
