Great experience with Bala. The massage was awesome, been dealing with a lot of aches from having a busy lifestyle and was able to really relax all the tight muscles. Pressure was good throughout the whole session. Would highly recommend if you are in need of some relaxation and recovery.

Michelle is an excellent therapist, very pleasant approach, her massage was spot on, technically skilled, and felt that she put great care into it. Appreciate her checking every once in a while if the pressure was alright. I felt completely relaxed and what I paid for was worth it. Highly commend her! Hope you can have her in the Onehunga branch more often

The massage was very good very relaxing. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment in the door was locked so I waited and then knocked and somebody let me in. I was approximately 10 minutes late Going into the massage even though I arrived on time, the therapist left twice to go attend to the door

I arrived 5 minutes early. The door was locked. I waited until the exact time and then knocked. Someone came and let me in. The cubicles are only divided by a curtain. It is Private but you can hear others next to you, the massage itself was very very good very relaxingI felt the therapist knew what she was doing. It was a bit disappointing that the therapist left me twice to go and open the door and talk to other clients. They were 10 mins late to start my massage, left twice to see other clients, the massage finished exactly on time I thought it should’ve gone 10 minutes longer

He set up his mobile kit in one of our conference rooms and with the help of music and a great atmosphere transported me a thousand miles away from Tamaki Makaurau. Highly recommend Bala for corporate events - he is calm, kind and very good at his job. Thank you for a slice of bliss in my work day!

Bala was friendly and professional. I was referred to him by a friend. While not correcting inflamation or a miss aligned posture he used a number of effective techniques for relaxing pressure points which helped reduce stress and tension. Slept so much better afterwards. Did not know what to expect in a relaxation massage at first and was surprised to take some clothes off but was handled professionally and respectfully and felt comfortable.

Beautiful all round! Such a relaxing atmosphere, the facial and the neck & shoulder massage were perfect. Nicole is so professional, personable and such a calming presence. Not my first visit, and won't be my last!

For my first ever massage treatment especially during pregnancy this was the most relaxed I’ve ever been. Loved this first time experience with Nicole she was so gentle and made sure I was comfortable and hydrated. Although I was a tad bit late she still put in what she could and made me feel at ease. The room was so cozy and aesthetically pleasing, will definitely be going back for future appointments. Left feeling pampered 💗Loved it and 100% recommend her!!!
