This was my first visit and my first experience of acupuncture. It was amazing. Had a lovely chat about my health and lots of things fell into place. Didnt feel the needles! And the follow up massage was very good too. I will be back. Thank you

Jack is incredible, very knowledgeable in his field and always offers the best advice on treatment, recovery and ongoing issues. I would always recommend Jack for any types of sports injuries.

Went to Jack for an ultrasound after rolling my ankle. The treatment I received was excellent! Jack went through an assessment, and explained the treatment process very well. 3 days after I have noticed the swelling has gone down a considerable amount and I have much more range of motion. Would definitely recommend, thank you for your help!

Az is so caring and an expert in her field. She uses her experience to provide the best for her clients. She listens carefully and has helped me with tight shoulders, lower back pain, sciatica and hand injury to keeping my muscles well maintained with deep tissue sports massages-( thank you Hugo and Az) and acupuncture!
