I had a wonderful acupuncture and massage session with At Home Holistic Therapies on Monday. From the moment I arrived, I felt at ease — the environment was calming, and Hugo & Aze were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. The acupuncture was gentle but effective, and the massage really helped release deep tension I’ve been holding onto. I left feeling lighter, more balanced, and genuinely relaxed. I was really nervous as this was my first time getting filler, I had 1ml nasolabial. I was put at ease and given advice and was a relaxed friendly atmosphere. Clinic is spotless. I’m over the moon with the results and so competitive with prices. Can’t recommend enough , definitely booking in for more procedures 10/10

My first massage with Charlotte and she didnt let me down. Great setting and atmosphere. Felt so relaxed i did doze off at one point! Will definitly be returning!

I come regularly to have acupuncture/ massage and there is always an amazing difference when I leave. Today however I feel even more better coming out, I am having a flare up so my whole body is stiff, tense and in pain and I noticed how much it had eased by the time I left! Thankyou both

I’ve been coming down Adele’s for years now! My hair dresser previously had stopped and was worried about finding another and honestly Adele and her team are incredible I’ve had the Best experience ever and very trustworthy with my hair! I went from black box dye to brightest red! They advised me on everything suitable for my hair and every single time I’ve been I come out extremely happy! I’ve had everyone of them do my hair Lilly is training and the moment and honestly you genuinely cannot tell at all my hair is she’s done it for years it’s brilliant! Massive recommendation 5****

I’ve just completed a 6 weeks course with Charlotte. I had manual lymphatic body massage and face lift massage. I’m blown away with the results. My sleeping improved, my digestive issues improved and my skin had an added glow to it. I cannot recommend Charlotte enough. Her warm nature makes you feel comfortable and her massage is a wonderful gift.

This was my first visit and my first experience of acupuncture. It was amazing. Had a lovely chat about my health and lots of things fell into place. Didnt feel the needles! And the follow up massage was very good too. I will be back. Thank you

Great bunch of girls. Making the experience great. Suffer with thinning hair was advised on what I needed. Could have charged me for extra colours I wanted but rather than take extra money was advised my hair wasn't ready for that so I all a great experience thanks girlsx

I can’t recommend Hugo & Aze enough. They are absolutely incredible — not only highly professional and knowledgeable, but genuinely kind, warm, and beautiful human beings who truly care about the people they work with. From the moment you arrive, they make you feel comfortable, listened to, and completely looked after. After just one treatment, the reduction in my back pain was honestly amazing. I felt such a noticeable difference almost immediately, and it’s clear they put so much attention and care into what they do. You can really tell they’re passionate about helping people.
