Antonia was excellent! I'm not a regular massage person, I can count on one hand the number of times I've visited a masseuse. She put me at ease immediately, whilst assessing my stance and what needed to be done. She explained what she would do, and I knew I was in professional hands. My shoulder muscles were much looser at the end of my session.

Brilliant experience as a first-timer. She was extremely knowledgeable and understanding of my needs. I went for Mayofascial release massage and due to my illness I need someone to stay with me whilst I re adjust to being upright - this wasn’t made a big deal of and I wasn’t made to feel uncomfortable, she was just accommodating and checked in with me. Honestly such brilliant attitude towards clients. Will definitely be going again! Thank you x

Antonia clearly understood my pain points and targeted those very specific areas with the right balance of pressure as I was nervous at first that the deep tissue massage from previous experience would be painful but bearable! Clearly that wasn’t the case here which put me at ease right from the start.
