Madi is warm, professional and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the treatment and its benefits. The treatment space is calm and relaxing, making it easy to switch off and unwind. I left feeling lighter, more energised and with a real sense of wellbeing. Madi’s expertise and caring approach make the whole experience exceptional. My first visit to Luiza yesterday for Hifu treatment. I found Luiza to be very welcoming and explained the procedure in great detail. The Hifu treatment was not painful or uncomfortable. I can see a slight difference in my chin and jowls area, and hoping to see more over the coming weeks. Would definately see Luiza again for other treatments.
