I had a deep tissue massage followed by an Indian scalp massage and it was amazing. The deep tissue worked out all the tension in my back and shoulders while still being relaxing. The scalp massage was so calming I could’ve fallen asleep. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and completely relaxed. Such a professional and welcoming experience, I’d definitely recommend to anyone needing a proper reset.

I have been coming to this business for the past couple of years and this was the best experience I’ve had. Usually I’ll have a deep tissue, but this time, I included a lymphatic dry brush and full body scrub by Rachel. It was absolutely needed. Thank you Rachel and Posture & Poise.
