Was recommended to book for a Trigger Point massage by my boot camp instructor as it could help with my leg issues. I wouldn’t say it was relaxing but it did the job. My back and legs felt great after and I had a spring in my step. My calf’s were really knotted but Janice got them out. I’ll book again in a few weeks. Highly recommend if you have any back, neck or other pain symptoms.

Janice gives the best massages! I go for a full body aromatherapy massage and I always feel better afterwards. She works the knots in my back so well, and a day or two later I really feel the benefits! I cannot recommend Janice enough to you, she really cares about her clients and is such a lovely person. Excellent service and great massage. I really enjoyed the facial too. The only negative is that the room is not very sound proof so it’s hard to switch off when you can hear others peoples conversations in the salon. I would definitely go back though as the beauty treatments are great value for money.
