Was recommended to book for a Trigger Point massage by my boot camp instructor as it could help with my leg issues. I wouldn’t say it was relaxing but it did the job. My back and legs felt great after and I had a spring in my step. My calf’s were really knotted but Janice got them out. I’ll book again in a few weeks. Highly recommend if you have any back, neck or other pain symptoms.

Its been a while since I last had a massage and Adele really worked her magic on my lower back, shoulders and neck. I also had reflexology which was really enjoyable, Adele was knowledgeable and explained what she found along the way, great service and very relaxing.

Fantastic! We were the first customers. Beautifully relaxing place. All the staff were very accommodating. They are testing a new booking system and it had not gone through so had a short wait while the sauna heated and the ice bath chilled. Offered us multiple free coffees for the inconvenience. Which we were more than happy with. Lovely and clean. Modern. Nice corner to relax in. Will 100% be back. The sauna is hot and the ice bath is not. Very well priced

Janice gives the best massages! I go for a full body aromatherapy massage and I always feel better afterwards. She works the knots in my back so well, and a day or two later I really feel the benefits! I cannot recommend Janice enough to you, she really cares about her clients and is such a lovely person. I had a 60 minute facial with Daisy on Friday & she has magic hands! I went in grumbling that my skin felt tight, tired & clogged up & left feeling absolutely amazing. Daisy is absolutely lovely & the mixture of her fab techniques together with the products she used on me made my skin feel totally fresh, light & like i was floating on air.
