I can’t recommend Sasha enough!! She is such a beautiful human and she puts so much time and effort into making sure that you are comfortable. If you tell her what area you need help with she’ll go above and beyond to do what she can. Sasha is the only person I will go to for massages and I would recommend her to everyone xxx

I went to Paula in a lot of pain after a week-long migraine, sinus infection and a foot injury and she, as always, took incredible, loving care of me. Such compassionate, professional and expert attention to detail with a great consultation at the beginning where I felt really heard, ensuring all my body's needs were met and I felt held and cared for throughout the treatment. Paula's training, commitment to her work, and her deep love for what she does and her clients shine through every time I come to visit her - I'm so grateful to have found such an incredible massage therapist. Rhianna is the best massage therapist in town. I hold all of my tension in my shoulders and I have tried all kinds of things through the years, from stretching to osteopathy- nothing has ever worked as well as a regular massage by Rhianna. To put into perspective, I have sent my wife here, friends here, and all are now regulars. I sent a friend visiting from out of town to see her and she’s said she now needs to book with her every time she visits. She’s just phenomenal!

Had a fantastic sports massage with Bella. She really understood the tension caused by long hours of driving and sitting for work. Professional, knowledgeable, and effective. Bella’s massages are always unique to you. Focusing on the area in need. Not what I call a paint by numbers approach. Bella also brings a holistic element to her sports massage, which I find helps regulate my breathing for an even better massage. Helping release deep seated tension. Great space which is calming too. I felt immediate relief and better mobility. Highly recommend! Had the best nights sleep in months too!
