I can’t recommend Sasha enough!! She is such a beautiful human and she puts so much time and effort into making sure that you are comfortable. I went to Paula in a lot of pain after a week-long migraine, sinus infection and a foot injury and she, as always, took incredible, loving care of me. Such compassionate, professional and expert attention to detail with a great consultation at the beginning where I felt really heard, ensuring all my body's needs were met and I felt held and cared for throughout the treatment. Paula's training, commitment to her work, and her deep love for what she does and her clients shine through every time I come to visit her - I'm so grateful to have found such an incredible massage therapist. Rhianna is the best massage therapist in town. I hold all of my tension in my shoulders and I have tried all kinds of things through the years, from stretching to osteopathy- nothing has ever worked as well as a regular massage by Rhianna. To put into perspective, I have sent my wife here, friends here, and all are now regulars. I sent a friend visiting from out of town to see her and she’s said she now needs to book with her every time she visits. She’s just phenomenal!

I had a wonderful 1 hour massage with Kam at Zen today. She really listened to what I needed and focused on the areas I mentioned, my neck, back, and head. The massage was deeply relaxing. I genuinely left feeling 'Zen'. Kam is incredibly attentive and caring, and she offered plenty of helpful aftercare advice as well. I highly recommend her, and I’ll definitely be returning for another session soon!

Another fabulous massage from Alice. Been struggling with the aftermath of sciatic pain for over a week. The morning after the treatment I woke with no pain. I cannot praise her attentiveness to my bodys needs enough. 5 star all the way
