If you tell her what area you need help with she’ll go above and beyond to do what she can. Sasha is the only person I will go to for massages and I would recommend her to everyone xxx

I went to Paula in a lot of pain after a week-long migraine, sinus infection and a foot injury and she, as always, took incredible, loving care of me. Another fabulous massage from Alice. Been struggling with the aftermath of sciatic pain for over a week. The morning after the treatment I woke with no pain. I cannot praise her attentiveness to my bodys needs enough. 5 star all the way

I had a wonderful 1 hour massage with Kam at Zen today. She really listened to what I needed and focused on the areas I mentioned, my neck, back, and head. The massage was deeply relaxing. I genuinely left feeling 'Zen'. Kam is incredibly attentive and caring, and she offered plenty of helpful aftercare advice as well. I highly recommend her, and I’ll definitely be returning for another session soon!

Such a relaxing massage in comfortable pristine surroundings. Sometimes feel sorry for Alice having to listen to my constant chatter but she never complains and always has a smile on her face.
