I had a lymphic drainage massage which is a really light massage. I didn’t know this is part of the expert technique. My body felt amazing afterwards and Nora was so lovely. She gave me plenty of advice around my diagnosis/operation. I really thought it was going to be a “fad” as I’ve seen so many people having them on social media. But honestly the results relaxed my nervous system and helped my bloating.

Second time visiting Muliana, and this time I treated myself to a full body massage. Once again, she did not disappoint! I left feeling completely de-stressed, with my knots eased, muscles relaxed, and ready for my holiday. I had a wonderful massage with Nora, who was so attentive, friendly and welcoming. She tailored the massage perfectly to what I needed, and the hot stones were amazing! She regularly checked in about the pressure and made me feel completely at ease throughout. The room was lovely, with thoughtful little touches like fresh Thai tea, which made the whole experience feel extra special. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and would definitely recommend! Really good experience at Soman Studio Sports Massage. I went in with a painful knot/tightness in my shoulder and felt much better after the session. The treatment was professional, thorough and targeted the exact area that was causing me trouble. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere and everything was explained clearly. Jay was great. He delivered an assessment and massage treatment driven by a meaningful understanding of the body. The massage itself was excellent - he didn't just 'ram an elbow in and hope for the best' (which happens more often than it should!). He knew how to find knots and trigger points and tight fascia and work them away. I came away feeling so good.
