This was the first time I’ve ever had cupping and I was advise to following a Thai massage what a very stubborn 12 month old neck shoulder injuries falling from my horse. I can honestly say having had different sorts of treatment in the last 10 months I can finally say I think I have turned a corner. As always, I had an absolutely wonderful massage with Brenda at Casa Regina! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Brenda was professional, attentive, and really skilled. She had excellent technique and really knew how to work out the tension I'd been carrying. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The atmosphere at Casa Regina was lovely as well. Came to London for a few days to visit family & decided to get myself a deep Thai tissue massage & oh my god! Wowzers 😍 from head to toe my masseuse made sure she worked on every inch of my body. Friendly service, highly recommend. I had a hot stone massage first time, loved it. I felt very relaxed afterwards.

Had a great massage with Nuraya. I'd never had a cupping massage before and Nuraya explained the benefits of each part of the massage and made me feel totally at ease. Felt really relaxed after and would highly recommend.

This was my first time experiencing such a deep, holistic massage, and it was truly sensational. I left feeling completely relaxed and genuinely uplifted. She has an incredible ability to make you feel safe and cared for, thanks to her skill, empathy, and professional approach. I’m so glad I found her, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Lovely experience, had a deep tissue massage. I love that it covers everything top to toe, including face and stomach. It was relaxing whilst still getting all the knots out.

Have been using gold star for nearly 5 years and have watched them grow. They are the best in London and recommend them to everyone!!

My massage was exceptional. It smelt amazing and was so comfortable and relaxed, I will be booking again!

Brenda is such a wonderful person and healer. I absolutely loved my Ayurvedic massage. I was able to relax and release so much tensions stored in my body. Brenda selected wonderful herbs for me and I felt really looked after. I highly recommend.

I had another great massage session with Rian. I’m a regular customer, and she is consistently excellent. She’s very professional and clearly knows her pressure points, with the perfect balance of firmness and care. Another really great massage at Gold star Thai massage. I have never been treated by Thanwa before today but she definitely didn’t disappoint. Thanwa worked hard on getting my knots out. It was a great balance of relaxing whilst getting out the many knots in my body.

I had a wonderful experience with Gold Star Thai Massage. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Neha, the assistant, went above and beyond — she even went out of her way to purchase a thoughtful card and write in it for me, which meant so much. Her care and attention to detail really made the experience special. The therapist, Natt, was equally amazing. She did an excellent job with the massage, and I could tell it left a lasting impact. He came out with big smiles, feeling relaxed and happy, and even mentioned how much he enjoyed it. I’ll be booking mine next week🙂❤️.

We booked couple’s deep tissue massage, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! The atmosphere was calming with soft music. Ladies were incredibly skilled, paying close attention to our needs and ensuring just the right amount of pressure. They worked out all the tension in our muscles, leaving us both feeling rejuvenated and stress-free. It was the perfect mix of therapeutic and relaxing. I would recommend it to everyone!
