My pregnancy massage was truly amazing, Sandra is very knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Lovely environment. The consultation process was thorough and the massage itself was fantastic. At 38 weeks pregnant I feel so relaxed which is a real luxury. I wish I had done this sooner so I could fit more massages in before my due date.

Louise is such a lovely person and her treatment room makes you relax the second you walk through the door. Louise suggested lymphatic drainage as well as massage to help with the symptoms I had been struggling with. It was possibly the best treatment I’ve ever received!

I always come away from the massages I have at serenity station, feeling stress free, relaxed and also cared for. It’s a bit of ‘me’ time but also time to look after my body too. At Serenity Station it’s all about ‘you’ from the minute you walk through the door to the moment you leave. The care and attention to detail, to the soothing and also beneficial massage. As well as the healing hands within the massage, I have the hot stones and bamboo sticks as part of my treatment and I can feel myself melt away from the very start all the way to the end. Complete bliss. Highly recommended!

When you first meet Lauren , you just know you will get the best care , advice and a thoroughly professional approach. She discussed my condition in detail to be able to diagnose corrective action. She is calm and attentive , she converses very well and you feel totally relaxed. The soothing music, the gentle massage means at the end you feel rejuvenated and in my case a whole lot better. I was able to manipulate my knee with great movement and no pain , after only one session. I will return to Lauren as I have every confidence and trust in a continued fantastic job .
