Louise is such a lovely person and her treatment room makes you relax the second you walk through the door. Louise suggested lymphatic drainage as well as massage to help with the symptoms I had been struggling with. It was possibly the best treatment I’ve ever received!

Pennie is really professional and very welcoming. She applied the right amount of pressure and really got to the problem. She also gave me some great advice on what I should / shouldn't be doing, to aid the healing process. I am confident my massage will have helped with my hamstring injury.

Another great treatment from Louise. Back training after 3 weeks out of the gym and I was struggling to walk. Louise fixed that with a targeted sports massage focusing on my glutes, hamstrings and calves combined with some lower back work.

I had the pregnancy massage with Sandra and it was exactly what I needed. Came out feeling better than I have in months and Sandra kept me relaxed and calm and kept me informed what she was doing and created a lovely relaxing atmosphere in her home. What can I say... Fantastic. I once had a massage many moons ago, so I didn't really know what to expect but Lauren was very welcoming, professional and thorough. I booked in for a particular back issue, but Lauren also highlighted and worked on other issues I didn't even know I had! I most definitely recommend.
