Super happy with my first lymphatic drainage massage today. It was the first time I have had wood therapy and Em was very welcoming and informative on the treatment and made you feel relaxed. I have already booked my second appointment. If you’ve been thinking about this treatment just go for it. Highly recommend ☺️

I had the pregnancy massage with Sandra and it was exactly what I needed. Came out feeling better than I have in months and Sandra kept me relaxed and calm and kept me informed what she was doing and created a lovely relaxing atmosphere in her home. A Massage from Sophie at Bone and Body Healing . I've been dealing with a nagging leg pain for a while, and after just one session with Sophie at Bone and Body Healing, the difference is incredible. She was amazing—she really listened to my concerns and focused on the problem area. Sophie managed to work out all the knots and, and I felt a reduction in pain almost immediately. My leg feels so much better and the pain that was bothering me is completely gone. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a skilled and effective massage therapist. I will be back for another session with Sophie.

I have been going to Amanda for a while now, after having knee surgery she has really helped with my ongoing pain, and she will adapt her massages to wherever you feel you need. But I really do enjoy the hot stone massages, very relaxing and you feel thoroughly relieved of any tension, stress and tightness. 100% would recommend her professional and lovely nature

Had lymphatic drainage massage and wood therapy today which was absolutely amazing, never had anything like it before and wanted a bit of me time. I suffer with bloating a lot so wanted to see if this could help. I will definitely be booking in again! Felt right at home the whole time Em was amazing 🙂
