Wonderful start to the new year with a massage from Lizzy. All of my aches & pains melted away & I left feeling relaxed & ready for the rest of the day. Lizzy is so intuitive that each time the massage is different, adapting to my needs & removing any tension she finds along the way. My health & overall fitness have definitely improved since I began to have regular massages with Lizzy. I would recommend Sion Therapies to anyone for a treat, for relaxation, & especially for deep tissue massage. Lizzy is the best.

This afternoon was just what I needed, a relaxing and refueling break. The whole massage experience made me feel comfortable and it was personalised to my needs. Laura was lovely to talk to and intuitive with her massage. My lower back feels so much better and she relaxed tightness in my shoulders I didn't realise I had. The room itself is peaceful and beautiful, a lovely escape from everyday busyness. I will definitely be booking another one, thanks Laura

My new favourite place for massages! I’ve had 2 now from different women and both were absolutely amazing. Jo did my first one and I have to say it was the best massage I’ve had in a long time! Katie did my second massage and she was also amazing! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and this is clear when you receive your massage, as not only is it relaxing but you can tell they are working the knots and muscles expertly. I will definitely be coming back, thank you!

Full disclosure I am Laura's sister! I went as a massage was recommended by an osteopath, for issues around tight and stiff hips, which were interfering with exercise. Laura listened carefully to how I felt and what I wanted to work on. The massage was great - focused on hip mobility and working out what was tight and where sticking points were. Worked on the side of the body a lot and helped to work through the sticky points and free up the muscles. The room was lovely and relaxing and the massage bed was very cosy! Loved the goody bag at the end - a really nice touch. Would recommend.

Great massage

My massage combined with facial was super relaxing and left my skin glowing. I felt relaxed for the rest of the day. Highly recommended.

What a lovely relaxing treat this morning was with a mummy glow up ... brought for my birthday by my kids... Natasha puts you at ease straight away and has a lovely way to her... feeling relaxed and spoilt :)

I had a lovely relaxing facial with Tasha today. I went in with dull skin and feeling stressed, within 45 minutes I came out feeling totally relaxed! I had a lovely relaxing massage. Laura was very knowledgeable and made me feel very welcomed and relaxed. The surrounding ambience was beautiful and I would recommend wholeheartedly.

A lovely experience - great spa facilities and especially enjoyed the sauna. Had a 90 min massage and facial - it was quite invigorating as Beatrice was quite swift with her movements! Got the pressure perfectly though! To make it great, it would be nice to have a towel included, and I would have appreciated a more relaxing than invigorating massage. Otherwise lovely spa and easy to find location

Laura is absolutely wonderful. I've been getting massages from her for a little while now and absolutely can feel the different in my mind and body! Highly reccomend Laura and will continue doing so, really a wonderful experience. Also would recommend a regular massage from her rather than leaving it until you feel you really need a massage, makes a huge difference!!

Sophie was really lively and welcoming and the massage was very relaxing! Definitely recommend!
