This afternoon was just what I needed, a relaxing and refueling break. The whole massage experience made me feel comfortable and it was personalised to my needs. Laura was lovely to talk to and intuitive with her massage. My lower back feels so much better and she relaxed tightness in my shoulders I didn't realise I had. The room itself is peaceful and beautiful, a lovely escape from everyday busyness. I will definitely be booking another one, thanks Laura

Perfection! Always have a great time and leave with exactly what I need. I love the bespoke nature of the treatments. I explain how I'm feeling and what areas I want to focus on and I leave energised if I need that or relaxed if I need that. I've been seeing Laura for over a year and I've never had two massages that are the same.

A wonderful treat for my birthday , spa package included afternoon tea with prosecco , 1 hour massage and 2 hour using their spa facilities. Food was good they were accommodating to my peanut allergy. Massage was fantastic best I've had in a long time. Beatrice was attentive to area I mentioned were tender and sore and made it a worthwhile experience. Spa facilities are clean, a bit small but exclusive has the whole place to myself at one moment.

Great experience. Laura really took the time to listen and tailored the treatment to what I needed. The space feels calm and relaxing, and parking is straightforward (which makes a big difference). Would definitely recommend.

Wow don't know why o left it so long. Anna was knowledgeable, approachable, friendly and patient. Have booked again. Would recommend to anyone looking for massage therapy, even if not active in sports right now. Worth every penny

I had the most incredible deep tissue massage with Lizzy last week. She was extremely welcoming and accommodating, her space was very relaxing and the massage itself was one of the best I’ve ever had. I had a Swedish Massage today with Lauren which was so relaxing I didn't want it to end. Lauren certainly knows what she is doing and I would not have a massage with anyone else. She makes you feel at ease and comfortable. Thank you Lauren I will definitely be back.
