Claire was amazing from start to finish, explained everything and was so gentle and reassuring with my post tummy tuck MLD. Jason.......Sports Massage I had a deep/ soft tissue sports massage with Jason yesterday. It was a very good experience and I felt really good after. Jason was very reassuring and explained each step to me. Having had deep tissue sports massages in the past, I was a bit concerned, due to the previous ones having been a bit to painful for my liking. But Jason put me at ease all the way. The massage was firm but not uncomfortable, and I felt so much better after. I thoroughly recommend this deep/ soft tissue massage. Thank you so much Jason.

Claire is so knowledgable and supportive. I booked in with her following the after effects of a tick bite, Lyme disease and subsequent antibiotics. Excellent session with Jason - highly recommend! He’s very knowledgeable, kind, and listens to you. I’ve been to several massage therapist and this one was the best by far. My left hip and knee felt a lot better after our session, I have exercises to practice, and I already booked my follow-up.
