We had a lovely chilled day the staff are really friendly and welcoming The gardens are so peaceful and plenty of places to lounge in the sunshine We had our massage treatments with Christa which were amazing and so relaxing The only let down is that our massages were one after the other rather than having similar treatment times so we didn't get to have lunch together and spent more time apart than with each other We have since been told that they can try to help with treatment timing if we call after booking online So we will be booking again

I had an amazing experience at 1111. I had a buccal massage, a facial, and an Indian head massage, and every treatment was excellent. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and refreshed. The highlight for me was definitely the buccal massage. I could already notice that my face felt more lifted and sculpted immediately after the treatment. The whole experience was professional, calming, and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend 1111 to anyone looking for high-quality treatments and a truly relaxing experience.

I had microneedling with PRP this evening with Monie and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The atmosphere was very calming, with candles lit that made the space feel really relaxing. She took her time, worked with great care and attention to detail and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire treatment.
