She has a great understanding of human anatomy and a real gift for identifying tense muscles and tendons that need attention. Great experience for a 1st session. I haven't had proper treatment for tight trap and back muscles for a while, which is really bothersome when I'm sitting down on a desk. Her massage provided great relief to my afflicted areas and she also treated my pec muscles which can contribute to tightness in the shoulders/back. Thanks Michelle!
