My experience at your salon in Pontypridd today was amazing. My stylist Kelly is always friendly. Her attention to detail is fantastic and she always blowdries and curls my hair to finish. I had highlights today and I am extremely pleased with them. I explained what I wanted and they have exceeded my expectations!. Tracy was also a fantastic help. Thank you 😊

This was hands-down the best experience I’ve ever had at a hairdresser! The staff were welcoming, and Alaan did a fantastic job with my cut and colour. He gave excellent professional advice tailored to my style and he was great to talk to (about everything!). The service was top-notch—complimentary hot drinks were included with my service, and they even give out free samples and a loyalty rewards card. Alaan made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. I'm overall very happy and will definitely be back!

My experience was flawless from start to finish. I didn't choose a preference of stylist when i booked my appointment as i had never been before but Sara was absolutely incredible. She listened to everything I wanted, gave me so much advice on my hair and made me feel the most comfortable I have ever felt at a salon! Any anxiety I had before walking through the door instantly left me body on meeting her. I would absolutely recommend her to everyone! I will definitely be returning and booking her for sure!

I always have such a great experience here! Keira is incredibly friendly, professional, and really listens to what I want and always gives the best advice . She always pays attention to detail and makes me feel comfortable throughout every appointment, also got to mention her hair washing skills lol I fall asleep each time. I absolutely love my hair each time– it always looks and feels amazing. The atmosphere in the Salon- (old salon and new) is always welcoming and relaxing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a skilled and reliable hairdresser!

Alaan is the best there is. After a hairdresser completely ruined my hair just before my daughter’s wedding, he managed to correct it as much as he could and make me look amazing. Since then whenever I’m in the uk/wales visiting family I ALWAYS book in with him. You will NOT be disappointed.

My first time at Alaan Williams hair salon but I will be definitely be returning. Everyone was so lovely, polite and so friendly. Sara did my hair and she was absolutely amazing. The patience of a saint and listens to exactly what you want. Gives advice and constant attention and she is so lovely. My hair isnt the easiest to deal with - at all, but she smashed it. Love the colour amd cut. Would highly recommend Sara and Alaan Williams' Hair Experts.

I've had a bit of a bad time trying to get the hair colour and cut the way I want. This is the 4th hairdressers I've been too and FINALLY, I have it. The hair colour is exactly like the pics I showed her and we now have a plan going forward. I have THE cutest bob I think I have ever had. Even when I struggled to explain something about the cut she knew exactly what I wanted. It was very friendly, chatty, nice coffee, great price. I have definitely found my hairdresser.

Louise was fab as always - she helped me figure out what colour I wanted to go for and managed to remove some stubborn box dye! I love how my hair has come out!

The salon is well-maintained and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are friendly and approach their work with a professional attitude. The stylist I worked with was not only polite but also made the experience enjoyable. Overall, it's a nice place to visit, and I look forward to returning.
