Tracey was amazing from start to finish, I had a major hair dilemma and Tracey pulled it out of the bag with my colour correction eliminating the band that had formed. The girls at the salon were very friendly, reassuring & provided great advice. Will definitely be returning to Tracey again.

This was my third visit to the salon Kelly has done my hair each time and she has been amazing I’ve always been delighted with the way she cuts my hair and the advice she offers Such an easy person to talk too so no worrying about keeping a conversation going All the other staff I’ve met have been very helpful and the atmosphere is very friendly I would highly recommend the place

My experience at your salon in Pontypridd today was amazing. My stylist Kelly is always friendly. Her attention to detail is fantastic and she always blowdries and curls my hair to finish. I had highlights today and I am extremely pleased with them. I explained what I wanted and they have exceeded my expectations!. Tracy was also a fantastic help. Thank you 😊

I booked my daughter in for a last minute cut and blow dry. She was given the same treatment as an adult customer, she enjoyed her little pamper and felt like a princess. I was jealous I wasn't having my own hair done there, so I will be returning very soon. The salon is lovely, very modern, with mood lighting and with very welcoming staff. 100% recommend. 💕

I am so happy with my hair it has never felt better and the colour is exactly as I wanted it! Staff are always so welcoming and funny. Chloe has done such a great job with my colour, I feel that she listens to what I want and then makes it even better than I expected. The latte with the cream on top was an excellent touch also! I can’t wait for my next appointment. Highly recommend this salon.
