I have been going to Ffion for many years after changing salons several times in the past and she is by far, the best hairdresser I’ve had. She’s very particular and makes the experience enjoyable never feeling rushed. Not only is she professional, she is a lovely warm person and going to her salon feels like visiting a friend. My appointment with Ffion was like nothing else I've experienced. Totally relaxing environment which was a 1 to 1 appointment. Ffion held an in depth consultation with a coffee and lemon water where I was made to feel listened to from start to finish. The whole appointment was focussed on me and talking me through the process. I was nervous but Ffion made me feel totally at ease. My hair was blow dried beautifully and my highlights are second to none and I have had 40 years of highlights. I have obviously already booked my next appointment and would recommend Ffion to anyone. X
