I had such a great experience at the salon last night with Alex. She highlighted my hair in preparation for extensions this weekend and it turned out so nice, exactly what I was hoping for. The colour looks really natural and blends so well. She was also so sweet and gentle and made the whole appointment feel really relaxed. You can tell she actually cares and takes her time with what she’s doing. I can’t wait to see the final result with the extensions, I’m already so happy with how everything is looking so far!

I consider Alex the hair expert ever since I moved to Ottawa and whenever I'm in the city, I seek out appointments with her. Alex is a talent like no other and I always trust her advice. I was in on Friday for a cut, colour and blowout with Nikki and I couldn’t be more impressed. The salon is beautiful. So welcoming and Nikki walked me through every step of the process so there were no surprises.
