Cicely was extraordinary; she adapted the treatment upon consultation on my well-being challenges providing the acupuncture to address my stress areas and also broke-down the tightness in my neck too. Michael Smith is the best chiropractor I have ever come up - in London as well as in Hong Kong! I never have to tell him where my problems are, he could tell in one touch and will get in to it. I always feel my eyes can see clearer and brain less foggy as he resolved the stiffness in my muscles and better blood circulation results. I strongly recommend him!

I really liked the lady I saw, since she was very transparent as well as considerate on what she was doing such as assessing my body, as well as going through my medical history and how it can affect where she chooses to place each needle. When it comes to actually having the session, you barely feel any of the needles, as well as when you do it is communicated where they will be placed. As for after, I felt a bit sore however, after I felt a lot of relief the day after, personally I felt like as glowing and had a lot of relief!!!

She carefully assessed my condition, identified the root cause of my lower back pain, and provided the perfect treatment with incredible skill and care. Excellent experience at MG Osteopathy & Sports Injury Clinic. I went in for dry needling and massage therapy due to severe neck and shoulder pain with very limited neck mobility. When I arrived, my pain level was around 9/10, and my neck was constantly aching. After just one treatment session, my pain dropped to around 2/10. By the next day, my neck felt significantly looser, more mobile, and almost completely pain-free. Highly recommend MG Osteopathy if you’re looking for effective physiotherapy treatment, dry needling, or sports injury therapy for neck and shoulder pain.

I’d been dealing with ongoing glute pain during an intensive sprinting programme. Alexander was recommended to me by a friend, and I’m really glad I booked in. The assessment was thorough and helped pinpoint where the issue was coming from. After the session, my hips and glutes felt noticeably freer and less restricted. Sprinting already feels more comfortable, and recovery feels easier. I’m looking forward to coming back next week to keep building on the progress.
