Hello, I'm Grace a Reiki Practitioner, Master Teacher and an Advanced Crystal Healer. I work intuitively with my guides as well as with the Angelic Realm. Every session is different and styled to the individual needs of the recipient. We have life force energy flowing through all of us, if our Chakra system is blocked in some way, it does not allow this energy to flow freely. I tune into your unique energy field and work through unblocking those areas. Allow me to help you shift any blockages and guide you gently through spiritual journey of self discovery and healing.

Essence with Grace offers a more personal approach than a routine massage visit, with in-person Reiki sessions and distance healing. The therapist creates a peaceful, safe space, and clients describe feeling more balanced and grounded after sessions.

Can't recommend highly enough. Utmost professionalism, combined with extreme knowledge and empathy. Anyone who wants to integrate Reiki into their life in any way shape or form, can't go beyond Essence with Grace. Her teaching was superior! Thank you Grace for everything you've taught me today. The best of the best!

I’m so grateful to have met Grace. She’s a wonderful person and have helped me throughout my journey. She has guided me into listening to my intuition and have tuned me into being more spiritual. I’ve learned how to manifest and take inspired action but also to let go of control and let blessings unfold in divine timing. I’m happy to have had this experience with her and I look forward to whats to come next. Thanks for your kindness and support in my journey. I hope to see you again soon in the future! ♥️
