Cresencia was amazing as usual she gives such great attention to detail. My only frustration is that Fresha would not let me book my treatment with Cresencia for this afternoon so I had to ring up to book. There seems to be a fault with the system on Friday afternoons !!! The same happened last week again on Friday afternoon when I was not given a choice of professional despite several being available
