Appointments that are booked can be cancelled/rescheduled up to 48 hours. Any appointments that are cancelled within 48 hours will have a £15 cancellation fee (deposit is used towards this). Any appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours or no shows to appointments will be charged the full appointment fee. Patch test are required for all treatments at least 48 hours prior.
