Integrate Fresha with Mall GTO

In this guide, you’ll learn how to automatically send daily sales with Mall GTO, enabling seamless transmission of sales data to your mall providers.
What is Mall GTO?
Fresha’s Mall GTO integration provides a seamless way to transfer your daily sales data to your mall provider.
If your business operates in a public mall in Singapore, you may be required to provide a daily sales report to your mall provider. These submissions must follow automated standards and match the file specifications set by your mall provider.
Set up automatic transfers of sales data generated through your Fresha account to CapitaLand Malls.
Enable Mall GTO in Fresha
Before integrating with Mall GTO in Fresha, you will need to provide your Unique Tenant ID and SFTP connection details, if you do not have this, contact your mall provider.
- From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Settings.
- Below the Integrations section, click on the View button under Mall GTO.
- On the overview page, click on the Set up now button to begin the integration.
- Review the connection requirements, and click on the Continue button in the top right of your screen.
- Select the shopping mall provider that your business operates in from the list and click on the Continue button in the top right of your screen.
- Next, enter your SFTP connection details for the chosen provider, including your Tenant ID or Merchant ID.
- You can add a username and password or private key to access your SFTP setup later.
- In the top right of your screen, click on the Continue button to connect Fresha with your mall provider.
- Once connected, the provider will appear as Active under your integrations.
If you have multiple Fresha locations, select the one that operates in the mall. For multiple locations within the same mall, connect each location individually using its unique tenant or merchant ID.
Update or disable a Mall GTO connection
- From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Settings.
- Below the Integrations section, click on the View button under Mall GTO.
- From your list of integrations, click to open the connection you would like to update or disable.
- In the top right of your screen, click on the Options button and select from the following:
- Edit: to edit or update your GTO connection. Once updated, click on the Connect button in the top right of your screen to save changes.
- Disable: to disable the connection between Fresha and this mall provider. From the pop-up, select a reason for disabling and click on the Disable now button in the top right of your screen.
Disable Mall GTO in Fresha
- From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Settings.
- Below the Integrations section, click on the View button under Mall GTO.
- At the top right of your screen, click on the Options button and select Disable.
- In the next step, use the dropdown menu to choose why you are disabling the add-on, and click on the Disable now button in the top right of your screen.
Once you have disabled the Mall GTO connection, you’ll receive an email notification confirming the change.
FAQs
To re-enable a Mall GTO connection that has been disabled, go to Settings, open the Mall GTO add-on and select the connection you want to re-enable. Next to the connection, click on the Activate now button to reactivate it.
To remove a location from the Mall GTO integration, go to Settings, open the Mall GTO add-on and click Options and then Edit under the connection you want to edit. From the "Edit connections for locations page" click on the Actions button next to the active location, and then select Disconnect.
