Set up separate bank accounts for multiple locations
Ensure accurate revenue tracking and streamlined financial management for each location in Fresha. Learn how to set up separate bank accounts for your business locations.
Getting started
To set up different bank accounts for multiple locations you’ll need to have the necessary documents for verification.
Before setting up we recommend:
- Adding a new business location.
Adding a new bank account
- Desktop
- Mobile
To add a new bank account:
- Open your Business wallet by clicking on the Wallet icon.
- Choose Bank account from the menu.
- Select Add under Bank accounts.
- Click Add new account holder or select one of the existing ones. If you are setting up a new account holder, you will need follow the standard payment verification process.
- Fill in the bank account details for the account where you wish to receive payouts.
- Click submit.
Once you've submitted all your details, our payment provider, Adyen, typically completes the review, verification, and approval process within 48 hours.
To add a new bank account:
- Open Menu.
- On your Business wallet tap View wallet.
- Choose Bank account from the menu.
- Select Add under Bank accounts.
- Click Add new account holder or select one of the existing ones. If you are setting up a new account holder, you will need follow the standard payment verification process.
- Fill in the bank account details for the account where you wish to receive payouts.
- Click submit.
Assigning a new bank account

To assign a new bank account to a location:
- Open your business wallet by clicking on the Wallet icon.
- Select the drop-down arrow next to your wallet balance.
- Click the desired location.
- Select Manage under to the Payment schedule.
- Under Send to click Change, choose the verified bank account, and click Save.
- Once the new bank account is selected, payouts will begin going to this account starting from the next payout date.
To assign a new bank account to a location:
- Open Menu.
- Select the drop-down arrow next to your wallet balance.
- Click the desired location.
- Select Manage under the Payment schedule.
- Under Send to click Change, choose the verified bank account, and click Save.
- Once the new bank account is selected, payouts will begin going to this account starting from the next payout date.
