My session with Glenda bound some profound realisations for me. It took a completely different turn that I didn’t expect. And it was absolutely necessary and welcomed. 
It was as though Glenda, and the special room, helped supportively guide me into opening up about something deep within me that needed to be said and heard. Glenda then worked her magic and helped me see my own words and feelings more clearly, and cut to the core. Glenda has an amazing ability in guiding one to a place of healing, with softness and love.

I don’t usually get massages but am pregnant and thought what the heck. I was recommended to Glenda by a friend and wow - I got so much more than a massage and sense I will benefit from the experience for much longer as it continues to land! Glenda is incredibly intuitive and we drew some cards, talked lots about what is going on for me in my pregnancy, and then Glenda did some amazing massage/energy work that completely transported me. She was so generous with her time and gifts, and it was so much more than the physical massage experience. Plus the space is beautiful! Highly recommend!

My intention with this offering is for you to feel peacefull, expansive & reinvigorated.
Your uniquely attuned treatment may incorporate gentle, soothing fluid, touch. Or very deep firm compression, supported stretches & lengthening of muscles & tendons including some joint mobilization or trigger point therapy.
Bodywork incorporates varying depths of pressure as together we journey to return you to your body & breath. By allowing your breath to move through the body we encourage your energy to follow. 
Your massage treatment now becomes an energy healing.
Deeply restorative, often insightful. Inviting your awareness sit gently within your body.

2hr Intuitive Bodywork

Gentle side lying massage to support the shifting body of the mother. Providing relief for hip discomfort, fatigue, fluid retention & nausea. 
During later stages of pregnancy we can also work to encourage labor. 
My pregnancy massage is for general complaints or discomfort & nourishing support. For more specific ailments I encourage Osteopathic care, Myotherapy or Physiotherapy care.

Pregnancy Massage

Targeted treatment for a specific ailment, pain, or discomfort. Focus is direct, recommended for those who have experienced Mirimiri before. May include the use of tools from nature and very firm pressure.
