XA Performance is based at Wynberg Pilates Studio, offering professional and personalised sports and performance massage. Mobile massage is also available throughout the Southern Suburbs and surrounding areas. About me: I'm a Cape Town local and a BASRaT-registered Sport Rehabilitation graduate from the UK, where I graduated with First Class Honours. I’m approachable, kind and passionate about helping people feel more comfortable and confident in their bodies. My background includes experience working with a range of clients, including individuals with cardiac and arthritic conditions. This has given me a strong understanding of the importance of adapting treatment to the individual and working within appropriate professional boundaries. XA Performance focuses on massage therapy tailored to your individual needs, whether you're looking for recovery support, relief from muscular tension, improved mobility or simply some time to look after your body.
