I had a wonderful experience at KiWest Spa! My attendant, Sabrina, was absolutely lovely. She was friendly, gentle, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. I especially appreciated how informative she was when explaining the aftercare process, making sure I knew exactly how to care for myself afterward. The environment was clean, calming, and relaxing, which made the whole experience even better. Customer service and attention to detail go a long way, and Sabrina truly delivered! Highly recommend!
